Requirements
• 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, including experience leading or managing sales teams. • Proven track record of achieving revenue and pipeline targets. • Strong experience with outbound sales, pipeline generation, and enterprise or mid-market sales. • Experience building and improving sales playbooks, processes, and qualification frameworks. • Data-driven approach to pipeline management, forecasting, and sales performance. • Experience working with Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar CRM platforms. • Strong communication and presentation skills. • Experience in SaaS, MarTech, AdTech, Creator Economy, Media, or AI. • Experience selling to enterprise customers, publishers, sports organizations, or global brands. • Experience managing both BDR/SDR and AE teams. • Experience using AI-powered sales and prospecting tools. • Experience working in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment. • Challenges you'll face: • Arena is growing at the intersection of AI, SaaS, MarTech, and digital engagement. Responsibilities
• Lead, coach, and develop BDRs and Account Executives to achieve sales targets. • Own pipeline generation, forecasting, and sales execution across inbound and outbound motions. • Build and improve sales playbooks, processes, messaging, and qualification frameworks. • Use CRM data and sales metrics to identify risks, improve conversion, and drive performance. • Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to strengthen the overall GTM motion. • Support strategic opportunities and leverage AI and sales technology to improve team productivity.
