Requirements

• 1–3 Years of SaaS BDR Experience: You’ve already been a BDR/SDR and have a proven ability to book meetings with Mid-Market or Enterprise companies. • Hunger to Win: You’re competitive, resilient, and energized by goals. • Coachability & Drive: You’re eager to learn, take feedback well, and constantly improve. • Clear Communicator: Whether in writing, on the phone, or over video, you know how to get a point across in a clear way. • Curiosity & Grit: You ask great questions, listen carefully, and don’t give up easily. • Understanding of the UK market: Familiarity with the UK enterprise finance ecosystem is a great plus • Step 2: 45-minute conversation with Basile (our BDR Lead) to dive deeper into your commercial experience • Step 3: Take-home and 45-minute role play interview with Basile and Koen (our Founding AE) • Step 4: 30-minute conversation with Farid (our COO), to discuss growth, and more!

Responsibilities

• Prospecting & Pipeline Generation: Take full ownership of outbound prospecting into Mid-Market and Enterprise Companies across the UK. • Prospecting & Pipeline Generation: • Outbound Strategy: Craft outreach campaigns across email, pick up the phone, and use LinkedIn to generate leads. • Outbound Strategy: • Discovery & Qualification: Engage prospective customers to understand their challenges and identify fit with Stacks. • Discovery & Qualification: • Product Mastery: Quickly ramp up on our product and the month-end close space to confidently pitch our solution and clearly communicate our value to prospects. • Product Mastery: • Cross-functional Partnership: Work closely with GTM to refine our messaging, improve outreach strategy, and build a repeatable outbound motion. • Cross-functional Partnership: • Growth Opportunity: As an early BDR hire, you’ll help shape the foundation of our outbound function. • Growth Opportunity:
