Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or similar outbound sales role — ideally in SaaS, AdTech, or B2B tech. • 1+ years • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or STEM majors. • You've done real outbound at scale — sequences, cold calls, LinkedIn prospecting — and you have the results to show for it. • You're a sharp communicator — written and verbal — who can adapt your style to different buyers and contexts. • You thrive in ambiguity. Fast-moving environments don't stress you out; they energize you. • You're resilient. Rejection is data, not defeat. • You have genuine commercial intuition — you think about why businesses buy, not just how to sell. • HubSpot or similar CRM experience — you understand why process matters. • Location: Hybrid, Boston based.
