Requirements

• Individuals in this role have a passion for technology and the ambition to dive head-first into new challenges • 3+ years experience working in a closing role within a SaaS start-up / Scale-up. • A strong understanding of the developer community, with experience selling consumption-base solutions • The ability to act with a high level of autonomy, you will be expected to take full ownership of your customer portfolio and make key decisions to drive effective customer outcomes • An entrepreneurial mindset - this is a new role at Temporal where you will be required to both deviate from established procedure and often build entirely new process or practices to ensure we best serve this customer segment • Team player and passion for collaboration • Prior experience to tooling like Salesforce, Slack, Outreach, Gong, CommonRoom

Responsibilities

• Activate and implement new logo accounts and get them up and running on the platform • Identify activation and expansion opportunities within your customer base • Be responsible for the success of a broad book of business • Create and grow relationships with our champions • Drive consistent activity, pipeline development and quota attainment • Partner with product marketing to deliver proper messaging and content to Temporal Cloud customers • Design and execute programs to support the identification, design and productionisation of new case cases with your customers • Identify ICP accounts and pursue the right opportunities in the right accounts to drive ARR growth • Work closely with our Start Up Program team and Self Sign Up team to ensure success for the right new logo prospects
