• Strong written and verbal communication skills (clear, confident, and customer-oriented). • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and stay organized under high volume. • Strong collaboration skills and comfort working cross-functionally across GTM teams. • A competitive, team-based mindset and high personal accountability. • Excellent research and analytical skills (you can quickly find signals and use them in outreach). • Self-motivated with strong work ethic, curiosity, and a proactive approach. • Familiarity with CRMs and sales engagement tools (or strong ability to ramp quickly). • Previous outbound SDR/BDR experience preferred. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. • Growth mindset and comfort receiving coaching and iterating quickly. • Fluency in French language is a plus. • Front operates on a hybrid model — we come together in the office each Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday to collaborate and stay connected.
