Remote EMEA Software Account Executive BDR B2B Customer Onboarding Close Customer Success

Requirements

• Strong experience in B2B SaaS sales and a proven track record of smashing quota • Effectively follow up with leads across various channels to ensure none go cold • Support leads closely during POCs/trial access to the platform • Ensure the shortest possible sales cycle • Hand off new users to our customer success team for seamless onboarding and support • Close deals effectively, demonstrating excellent negotiation and closing skills

Responsibilities

• Handling the end-to-end sales process: conducting over 20+ product demos of Ava and Artisan Sales platform per week • Effectively following up with leads across various communication channels to prevent them from going cold • Supporting leads closely during Proofs of Concept (POCs) or trial access periods for the platform • Ensuring that the sales cycle is as short as possible • Handling new user onboarding and handoff processes to our customer success team • Closing deals consistently
