Requirements

• Background in a paraplanner, service advisor, or associate advisor role at an RIA • HNW or UHNW client experience • Familiarity with Farther's platform or similar modern wealth tech stacks • Additional designations (ChFC, CLU, CDFA) • Experience in team-based advisory models
