• 5+ years of B2B sales experience as an Account Executive, specifically closing deals in SaaS, FinTech, or E-commerce. • Polish and professional English: You can confidently negotiate, run complex pitches, and close contracts in both languages. • Full-Cycle Sales Experience: Experience managing a sales pipeline across both strategic business development deals and high-velocity opportunities, with a proven track record of leading negotiations, closing deals, and consistently achieving revenue targets. • Fintech or API Literacy: Familiarity with online payments, platform plug-ins, or API integrations is a massive advantage. • Warsaw Base: You are living in or willing to relocate to Warsaw, enjoying the flexibility of a local presence paired with the backing of a major European fintech. • At Mollie, growth is personal.
