Requirements
• 2 to 3 years of SDR, BDR, or sales experience • Experience with outbound prospecting and pipeline generation • Experience prospecting into HR leaders, benefits leaders, consultants, or health plans strongly preferred • Experience with tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
• Generate pipeline: Identify, prospect, and engage HR and benefits leaders at large employers, along with benefits consultants and health plan and channel partners • Navigate complex buying groups: Engage multiple stakeholders across employers, consultants, and partners to generate aligned opportunities • Execute outbound: Run coordinated outreach across email, phone, and social channels to drive meetings and new opportunities. • Qualify opportunities: Assess and qualify leads to ensure alignment with Cylinder Health's target audience and sales strategy. • Partner with sales: Work closely with RVPs to align on target accounts, messaging, and meeting strategy • Collaborate with marketing: Provide feedback on campaigns, messaging, and audience targeting based on real prospect interactions • Activate campaigns: Execute outbound tied to marketing campaigns, events, and priority accounts • Maintain pipeline hygiene: Track activity, manage data, and ensure accuracy in Salesforce • Hit performance targets: Meet or exceed monthly goals for qualified opportunities created, outbound activity, and pipeline contribution • Leverage tools effectively: Use Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Sales Engagement to build lists, execute outreach, and maintain clean data • Growth & Development: Continuously build product, market, and sales skills through training and hands-on experience.
