Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing or outbound role (SDR, BDR, customer support, community, or equivalent) • Genuine interest in software, developer tools, or emerging technology • Strong written and verbal communication skills—you know how to write crisp, clear emails and engage thoughtfully in conversation • Comfortable researching and personalizing outreach for technical audiences • Motivated, curious, and eager to learn both the product and the customer • Highly organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Strong verbal and written English communication skills are required, as this role involves frequent collaboration with team members, stakeholders, and customers where English is the primary working language. • Experience working with or selling to developers, engineers, or technical buyers • Familiarity with CRMs (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce) and prospecting tools (e.g. Apollo, Outreach, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator) • Background in developer communities, open source, or technical support • Previous experience at an early-stage startup or remote-first team • 📌 A Few Notes • You do not need a college degree to apply • You do not need to be located in the U.S. — we’re remote-friendly • You do not need to meet every qualification listed above

Responsibilities

• Perform cold outreach through email, LinkedIn, messaging, and light calling. • Qualify inbound leads for Bolt.new to ensure they are a good fit before routing them further down the sales funnel. • Conduct research to identify ideal customer profiles, key personas, and pain points relevant to our target audience of developers and engineering leaders. • Collaborate with Account Executives and Sales Engineers on creating compelling outreach materials tailored for technical audiences interested in Bolt.new. • Maintain a clean and accurate sales pipeline by tracking all activities, insights, and conversations within our CRM system. • Experiment with new messaging strategies, channels, and tactics to optimize conversion rates while continuously learning from the outcomes of these experiments.
