Requirements

• 1-3 years of SDR, BDR, or outbound sales development experience with a focus on upper mid-market or enterprise accounts you've prospected into large organizations, not just SMBs • Bachelor's degree preferred • Hands-on experience with modern prospecting tools: • CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce) • Sequencing platforms (Outreach, SalesLoft, Apollo, or similar) • LinkedIn Sales Navigator • Video prospecting tools (Vidyard, Loom, or similar) • You can build a multi-touch outbound sequence from scratch and explain why each step is there • Strong written and verbal communication — your cold emails sound like a human wrote them • Comfortable on the phone, not rattled by rejection, and you bounce back fast • Self-motivated and organized — you manage your own pipeline • Excited about working in a 0-to-1 environment with limited structure and a lot of room to build • Experience in logistics, freight brokerage, or supply chain • Time at an early-stage startup or high-growth SaaS company • You already use AI tools in your workflow

Responsibilities

• Own outbound prospecting across cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and creative multi-touch sequences • Research target accounts and write personalized outreach for logistics and freight decision-makers • Qualify inbound and outbound prospects and book meetings for Account Executives • Keep your pipeline and activity data clean and up to date in our CRM • Test new messaging, share what's working (and what's not), and help sharpen the team's playbook • Hit your weekly and monthly pipeline targets—and push past them
